Cell Phone is a 2% reward from the 30-wave Occult Hunt. It is Vanguard equipment for Divalo (Requiem), adding 5,500% damage.
Occult Hunt drop
Complete the 30-wave Occult Hunt, which lists Cell Phone at 2%. Its bosses include Turbo Grandma on wave 20 and Turbo Spirit Crab on wave 30. The source records the mode returning on 29 August 2026. It does not list a Cell Phone pity, so this page does not turn 50 attempts into a guaranteed reward.
Stolen Time and Cosmic allies
The familiar adds 5,500% damage. Stolen Time makes hit enemies skip forward two seconds of movement and receive one basic attack worth of damage from each ally in Divalo's range. This has a 20-second global cooldown per enemy, not a separate cooldown for each placement.
Complete Erasure unlocks on placement with a 180-second cooldown; affected enemies take 30% more damage from Cosmic allies. Cosmic allies also gain 30% damage and 10% range. Ally basic hits slow enemies by 50% for ten seconds. Cell Phone is restricted to Divalo (Requiem) and, as a Vanguard familiar, cannot be traded.
