Yen is the placement currency in a match. Gems, gold, and trait rerolls are the account currencies the official FAQ actually explains. Code rewards add Memoria Shards, Red Keys, and Stat Chips.
Trait rerolls from grinding cannot be traded. Only rerolls bought in the Robux reroll shop can move in a trade. Codes currently pay trait rerolls, memoria shards, gold, gems, a red key, and stat chips. See the codes table for amounts.
I used the FAQ gem paragraph in a session note: Ruined City Raid Act 2 pays 150 gems for a clear around 30 seconds. That is a better anchor than a video that just says farm gems.

What is a Red Key?
