He Laughed Memoria
Checked 2026-10-14 · Update 15.0
He Laughed costs five Vanguard Memoria Scrap at the Memoria Recycling Shop. Its general passive deals 35% more damage to enemies on Repulse lockout.
Cog 5th reward or recycling purchase
The official FAQ says He Laughed is awarded when Elastic Captain (Cog 5th) is successfully obtained. The Vanguard section of Scrap Pirate's shop also lists it for five Vanguard Memoria Scrap with unlimited stock. This memoria is equipment, separate from the two Halves of the Sun used for the evolution. The shop purchase uses scrap, not Memoria Shards.
Repulse and Cog 5th specialty
Moment of Opportunity deals 35% more damage to an enemy on Repulse lockout. On Elastic Captain (Cog 5th), spending meter gives 30% faster meter gain for 20 seconds; non-enhanced skills generate 10% meter per use and enhanced attacks inflict Rupture.
The specialty also reapplies Repulse when an enemy in range exits Repulse lockout. Raw base attack is 2,800 and base range is 2, before levels, stat grades or traits. Only the lockout damage bonus is general; the meter and repeated-Repulse effects require the specialty unit.
Source review: 14 October 2026. The shop calls the currency Vanguard Memoria Scrap; the module's CogFive rarity code renders as Vanguard.
